General Terms for all Services & Solutions

1.1 Relationship with other clients – Pure Bold provides Services to other clients, some of whom may be in competition with you or have interests which conflict with your own. We will not disclose any of your personal information, or any confidential information that may come into our possession as a result of the Contract, to those other clients. However, this will not prevent, bias or restrict us from providing Services to other clients.

1.2 Publicity – You agree that we may publicly disclose that we are providing Services to you and may use your name and logo to identify you as our customer, including information to showcase our work and the results achieved in promotional materials, including press releases.
